St. Peter's Place is a 50 unit building, opened in October 1985.  This building provides housing for seniors with modest means.  It is located in the heart of Phoenixville, a flourishing Chester County community.  Residents can walk to restaurants offering culturally diverse cuisine, the movie theater, and a variety of locally owned businesses.
